Hi! Welcome to Permian Basin Homecoming Mums & Garters.  I currently service West Texas / Midland / Odessa / Permian Basin area.  Which include schools like Ackerly Mustangs, Andrews Mustangs, Big Spring Steers, Crane Golden Cranes, Greenwood Rangers, Kermit Yellowjackets, Legacy (Lee Rebels), Midland Bulldogs, Midland Christian Mustangs, Midland Trinity Chargers, Monahans Lobos, Odessa Bronchos, Pecos Eagles, Permian Panthers,  Stanton Buffaloes, UTPB Stem Academy & more.  I have also been lucky enough to create several mums last year that made their way to Abilene, Lubbock, Forth Worth, Dallas, Houston, Waco as well as Louisiana!

About me

A bit about me?  Well, we moved here from Houston, Texas, where homecoming mums & garters are a BIG deal.  But not just any 'ol mums, nice big QUALITY mums & garters.  I owned a full retail shop that averaged well over 500 mums & garters per year.  When I say it was go BIG or go home, we were not kidding.

 

I have been designing and creating these works of art for well over 15 years now, and have learned a few things along the way.  I use high quality custom materials in every piece I do.  I LOVE glitter, lights & glitz, and am a very outgoing person (If you have meet me in person you know).

​

Most of all, I love creating elegance.  Not just your average run of the mill mums you can get anywhere, but true quality pieces of art that will remain a keepsake for a lifetime.  Which is part of my motto, Where Tradition meets elegance.

Sales, Order, & Pickup Policy

​

When to order:

We are currently open for R.S.V.P. orders.  There will only be 40 slots available for R.S.V.P.  By purchasing an R.S.V.P. spot you are guaranteeing your mum or garter order regardless of homecoming day, or even if we are sold out for that date.  We encourage you to do this as last year we had to turn away many people.

​

All orders for pickup will need to have been placed 10 days in advance of your Homecoming date to ensure on time delivery and availability of stock.  Remember we custom make each and every one of these, which does take time.  Depending on your customization a mum could take up to 80 hours of labor.  Orders that are received after the 10 day advance notice will incur a $45.00 rush order (late fee) charge. If you require a Rush order, please reach out to us and let us know.  We MUST know this at the time you place your order.  Feel free to reach out to us at PermianMumLady@Yahoo.com.

**If your school will be moving homecoming festivities to the Spring, you will want to order starting around mid-February.  We expect to fill up fast during these times due to Seniors not wanting to miss out on those cherished memories.

​

Payments:

Minimum of a 50% deposit is due at the time your order is placed.  Cash payments are available in person and by appointment.  Once a deposit or full payment is received, your order will then be placed in the queue for assembly.  Due to the customization of these items, simple changes, such as names, are free as long as they are within 24 hours of your pickup date.  Major changes such as color or size can be made if they are outside of the 10 day window before your homecoming. If COVID19 changes your school schedule, you may receive a refund, minus $25, however we must be notified SEVEN days before your scheduled homecoming date.  We do not accept any cancellations / changes after the Friday before your homecoming.

Installment Payments:

To place an order on installment payments, choose your style, and size of your homecoming mum or garter.  Go thru the order form, making any and all custom selections you wish.  Choose installment plan at the bottom of your order & add your order to the shopping bag.  Watch your email for your invoice and pay 50% deposit immediately.  Pay your balance at your convenience, but no later than 7 days before your homecoming.  Orders with an outstanding balance on Monday before your homecoming will not be made.  Your deposit / payments minus a $25 fee will be refunded.

Pickups:

Pickups will be on Wednesdays or Thursdays before your homecoming from 5:30 - 9:00 pm only.  These times will allow us to get your order ready for you with very little wait time.  If you need a pickup date outside of this window, please let us know as soon as you place your order so we can make arrangements in advance.  If you are needing a weekend pickup date, please reach out to us as well, as we work on orders that will be shipped out as a priority, and need to know this far in advance.
